LAW ENFORCEMENT 

The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT 

APRIL 15

10:04 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported two males messing with a washing machine in her backyard. The caller said it may have been maintenance workers.

4:14 p.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a male pulled into the parking lot and drank multiple beers before going into the restaurant. The caller said when he got out of his vehicle, he appeared intoxicated.

4:19 p.m., Staudt Street – A caller requested an officer come to the location for credit card fraud.

7:21 p.m., 100 block of Herff Road – An employee reported parked at the location for an extended period of time.

APRIL 16

11:35 a.m., mile marker 543 of I-10 – A caller reported a motorcyclist weaving in and out of traffic.

12:00 p.m., 100 block of Bentwood – A caller reported a juvenile walking up and down the street who appeared to be hiding. The caller said she saw the girl doing the same thing earlier in the morning.

1:36 p.m., River Road/Herff Road – A caller reported his vehicle was rearended by another vehicle that drove away.

5:14 p.m., 100 block of City Lake – A caller reported hearing about a party at the lake involving drinking and drugs with underaged high school students.

APRIL 17

1:12 a.m., 1000 block of Diamond – A caller said two people were at the location going through trash and refusing to leave.

11:45 a.m., 10 block of Cascade Caverns Road – A caller reported a male was inappropriately touching himself at the traffic light and stuck out his tongue.

2:03 p.m., 200 block of Cimarron – A caller reported she received a call from someone claiming to be a sergeant. The caller was told she missed jury duty and needed to go to the KCSO office immediately.

2:49 p.m., 500 block of N. School Street – A caller reported her doorbell was ringing at around 5 a.m. every now and then for the past couple weeks.

APRIL 18

8:39 a.m., mile marker 540, W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle hit the barrier and continued driving. The caller suspected the driver was intoxicated.

9:23 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported he lost his wallet in Boerne and now has a bunch of transactions against his account.

11:32 a.m., Bandera Road/I-10 – A caller reported a driver was throwing soda and coins at her vehicle. The caller said the driver was flipping off the caller.

7:14 p.m., 200 block of James Street – A caller reported a vehicle may have been stolen.

APRIL 19

11:00 a.m., 1600 block of River Road – A caller reported a three-vehicle collision. Luckily, no injuries were reported.

2:27 p.m., 37000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported a male approached him and physically threatened him. The caller said the male verbally assaulted the caller.

APRIL 20

1:33 a.m., 37000 block of E. I-10 – A caller reported a male outside the gas station. The caller was concerned as she was the only one there and she wanted to make sure she was safe.

9:19 a.m., 200 block of Johns Road – A caller reported a fraud concern on her checking account.

11:40 a.m., Old San Antonio Road – A caller reported a possibly intoxicated male. The caller explained the male threw up and then got into his vehicle and hit a planter while he was driving.

1:08 p.m., 200 block of Cimarron – A caller reported someone was attempting to scam her husband. The caller explained her husband was being told to go to the bank and withdraw $9,000.

1:53 p.m., 800 block of N. Main Street – An assistant manager reported her wallet was stolen from the top of the air machine.

KENDALL COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE 

APRIL 15

5:40 a.m., 700 block of FM 474 – A caller reported four horses causing a traffic jam on the road. They were under the impression they had the right of way.

8:33 a.m., 10 block of Scenic Loop Road – ICE was contacted after a male with a federal warrant was detained.

8:35 a.m., mile marker 529 of W. I-10 – A caller reported a cow on the side of the road.

4:09 p.m., Old Comfort Road – A caller reported a goat’s head was stuck in the fence.

APRIL 16

8:32 a.m., 100 block of Bella Springs Road – A caller reported damage to her shed. The caller reported it appeared as though it was from a firearm round.

9:35 a.m., Greyhound Lane – A caller reported a positive K9 alert on a vehicle in the area. The male was detained.

11:39 a.m., Megan Ridge – A caller requested assistance from a deputy. He said he was having issues with his neighbor’s pets getting onto his property.

4:26 p.m., 600 block of Front Street – An employee reported a homeless male who frequented the location and was panhandling.

APRIL 17

12:51 p.m., 500 block of Water Street – A caller reported someone stole three chainsaws from the location.

1:16 p.m., Sky View/Cedar Place – A caller reported a male in the area who looked suspicious. It was found the male lived in the area; however, dispatch noted multiple calls about the male throughout the day.

8:27 p.m., N. FM 3351 – A caller reported a male in the drainage ditch, yelling at the caller. The caller said his dogs were barking at the male.

9:12 p.m., 200 block of Platten Creek Road – A caller reported a male was standing by his property, looking on the property with binoculars. The caller reported he confronted the male and the male pulled a handgun from his vehicle.

APRIL 18

12:58 p.m., 2300 block of FM 473 – A caller reported a vehicle veered into a ditch after trying to avoid hitting a deer. The male refused EMS services.

8:39 a.m., mile marker 540 of W. I-10 – A caller reported a driver he suspected was intoxicated.

1:26 p.m., Marvil Lee – A caller was concerned about her ex-boyfriend threatening to send out videos of the caller. The caller was given advice for how to handle the situation.

APRIL 19

3:27 a.m., 38000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the area. It was found the male was sorting his property.

10:48 a.m., 1300 block of FM 473 – A caller reported around ten to twelve vehicles traveling at a high speed.

11:28 a.m., 300 block of Mountain Drive – A caller reported two dogs were chasing her daughter and one of them bit her daughter.

1:01 p.m., Spanish Pass Road – A caller reported a handgun was possibly stolen from the location.

4:06 p.m., 100 block of Canyon Circle – A caller reported a deer needed assistance after an unsuccessful attempt to jump over her fence.

APRIL 20

6:00 a.m., 100 block of Riverwood – A caller reported hearing a noise coming from the location and seeing a red light on the side of the garage.

10:20 a.m., mile marker 544, E. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle spun out and was in the median of the road.

12:14 p.m., mile marker 533, W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle hydroplaned and needed assistance.

4:34 p.m., 300 block of N. Highway 87 – A caller reported an animal was stuck on someone’s fence. The caller was not close enough to see what kind of animal it was.

11:44 p.m., 200 block of Old Blanco Road – A caller reported his vehicle was stolen.
