MAY 13

LAW ENFORCEMENT The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. 4:02 a.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a vehicle with its engine running at the gas pump and no one around it.

6:33 a.m., 300 block of Fischer Road – A caller reported a male and female broke into her house and were upstairs in her residence.

7:15 a.m., 300 block of Fischer Road – The same caller reported the male and female returned to her residence and were having relations in her bedroom.

9:02 a.m., 200 block of North – A caller reported a vehicle parked in front of the caller’s residence for over 24 hours. The caller suspected someone was sleeping in it.

MAY 14

6:53 a.m., 31000 block of E. I-10 – A caller reported smelling rotten eggs in the area and suspected a gas leak. Boerne F.D. came to the location and found the smell was coming from an overheated battery.

3:00 p.m., mile marker 529 of E. I-10 – A caller reported a hit-and-run collision. The other vehicle was reported to have sped away.

4:11 p.m., River Road/Esser Road – A caller reported a child on a bike was hit by a vehicle. The child was alert and breathing. EMS was called to the location.

MAY 15

8:15 a.m., 500 block of E. San Antonio Road – A caller reported a tent behind the location and explained she was unsure if someone was sleeping in it. A second caller reported the same tent in the area.

11:46 a.m., 32000 block of W. I-10 – A caller said his vehicle, being stored at this location, was now missing.

12:09 p.m., 200 block of Champion Drive – A caller reported someone broke into his truck and took items from it, including his credit card. The caller found no suspicious charges on his account.

2:07 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a $150 gift card was stolen from her purse. The caller wasn’t sure if it was stolen or if it fell out of her purse.

4:55 p.m., 100 block of Katie Court – A caller reported more than $10,000 of charges on her credit card.

MAY 16

8:44 a.m., 600 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported a male assaulted an aide with a butter knife.

9:40 a.m., 100 block of Rattlesnake Bluff – A caller reported two of his kayaks were stolen. The caller suspected it was his ex-wife.

3:51 p.m., 1600 block of River Road – A caller reported a possible verbal disturbance inside the store.

5:55 p.m., 1200 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported her rings were stolen while she was getting a massage.

MAY 17

10:50 a.m., 600 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported her vehicle was side-swiped by another vehicle.

11:49 a.m., 32000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported someone broke into one of the storage units.

3:49 p.m., 400 block of S. Main Street – A caller was concerned after seeing a group of individuals interacting and later hearing one of the girls mention she was worried about getting hurt.

4:05 p.m., Ranger Creek/I-10 – A caller reported someone on the bridge shooting a firearm.

MAY 18

10:16a.m.,200blockofChargerBoulevard – A caller reported her daughter lost her credit card at the school and someone was making charges to the account.

11:43 a.m., 1600 block of River Road – A caller reported someone broke the window of his vehicle.

2:44 p.m., 400 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported a male peeking at the caller and her family during a visitation. Thecallerfurthernotedthemalesatdown attheirtableandthenleftthelocation.

4:58 p.m., 100 block of Desert Flower – A caller reported her ex-husband stole about $2,500 from her account.

5:12 p.m., 35000 block of W. I-10 – A caller told dispatch he wanted to turn himselfinforadomesticviolencesituation. Lawenforcementdetainedthemale.

5:51 p.m., 100 block of Adler Woods – A caller reported she could smell gas in her garage. Boerne F.D. made the scene and located the leak.

MAY 13

9:20 a.m., 100 block of Sky Line Drive – A caller reported a goat wandering in the road, seemingly with nowhere urgent to be.

9:54 a.m., 400 block of FM 474 – A cow was reported on the road, making sure it stayed within the speed limit.

10:10 a.m., 200 block of Hildalgo Road – A caller reported receiving harassing text messages. The caller said she received disturbing voice messages and physical threats.

3:33 p.m., mile marker 545, W. I-10 – A caller reported a driver throwing items outthewindow.Thecallersaidshehadto swerve to avoid hitting the object.

5:57 p.m., on Sky Line Drive – Another caller reported the same goat, roaming the same area all day, avoiding work.

MAY 14

5:45 a.m., 400 block of River Mountain Drive – A caller reported two dogs on his property, attempting to attack the caller’s rabbits.

8:30 a.m., mile marker 533, W. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle on the side of the road with its door open.

8:54 a.m., 100 block of N. Highway 87 – Acallerreportedaformeremployeewasat the location. The caller was concerned as the male was known to have firearms. The caller later reported it was not the person theywereconcernedabout.

1:06 p.m., 39000 block of E. I-10 – A manager reported finding crystal meth and stolen identification cards in a storage unit.

MAY 15

11:26 a.m., on Staudt Street – A caller reported watches were stolen from a residence.

12:51 p.m., 41000 block of W. I-10 – A caller reported a calf near the side of the road.

1:30 p.m., 100 block of Chinkapin Pass – A caller reported vandalism to a sign.

4:17 p.m., mile marker 523 of E. I-10 – A caller reported a vehicle unable to maintain lanes that almost swerved off the road. Law enforcement located the vehicle and the driver was detained.

4:35 p.m., 100 block of Acorn Circle – A caller was concerned a vehicle was following her. The caller said the driver got out of the vehicle and began yelling at her after she honked her horn at him at the intersection.

MAY 16

7:26 a.m., 200 block of Ammann Road – A caller was concerned two cows outside her fence were going to get hit.

11:00 a.m., 100 block of Deer Trail – A caller reported smelling chlorine in the air. Boerne F.D. located a small leak in the cylinder.

11:03 a.m., 100 block of FM 1376 – A caller requested animal control remove a skunk from his property.

3:44 p.m., 1000 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported a group of individuals drinking alcohol under the bridge.

MAY 17

12:11 a.m., 100 block of Wild Cherry Lane – A caller reported while he was walking his dog, he heard a voice calling for help. It was found an older male fell down and needed assistance from EMS.

1:32 a.m., 200 block of River Forest Drive – A caller reported a group of people outside his house trying to get inside. The caller told dispatch the individuals were getting in their vehicle and driving away. Law enforcement attempted to locate the vehicle.

10:57 a.m., 1000 block of FM 1376 – A caller reported a group of people having a campfire under the bridge. After some investigation, it was found they were doing baptisms.

5:51 p.m., Dodge Road – A caller reported someone stole items from her stand.

MAY 18

9:02 a.m., FM 473/FM 1376 – A Tx-DOT employee reported several signs were stolen.

9:11 a.m., 38000 block of W. I-10 – An employee reported finding marijuana in a flower pot.

11:39 a.m., on Staudt Street – A caller reported someone hacked into her tablet and emailed all her contacts.

4:32 p.m., 200 block of Merry Calf Lane – A caller reported when his wife got home, their neighbor started throwing rocks at her vehicle and broke one of the windows.
