A total of 16 Boerne ISD softball players were named to one of the All-District 26-5A teams for their play during the 2026 season.

The Greyhounds and Chargers had two each on the first team, two apiece on the second team and an additional four Hounds and Chargers were named honorable mention.

Champion senior Mylie Parker and junior Torin Tucker were named to the first team, while Greyhound freshman Addison Reidy and freshman Micah Bellamy also landed on the first team.

Charger sophomore Aidan Kavanagh and freshman Brylyn Thornburgh were named to the second team, while BHS sophomore Kenley Thomason and senior Tessa Murphy were also picked for the second team.

Honorable mention picks for the Chargers included junior Reese Rogers, sophomore Anna Hurst, sophomore McKenzie Wilson and freshman Teagan Rogers.

For the Greyhounds, sophomore Leni Caldwell, senior Riley Partin, junior Brooklynn Thomason and junior Lizzy Thornton were all named honorable mention.

Both the Greyhounds (14-10 overall) and the Chargers (1112 overall) finished 6-10 in district play and tied for sixth place in the nine-team league. BHS and CHS split their two games this year and each won on the other’s home field. It was Champion’s first win in the series.

Smithson Valley, Veterans Memorial, Pieper and New Braunfels all made the playoffs, and SV had the deepest run and advanced four rounds (regional finals) before they were defeated by Leander.
