Comfort has eight softball players make all-district list

The Comfort High softball team had eight players named all-district as selected by the coaches in District 5-3A.

Ella Theile was named the 5-3A Utility Player of the Year and was the only Deer to earn a superlative award.

Jordan Judkins was a first-team selection and McKenzie Pankratz was named to the second team, while Mariah McCullough, Moorea Davis, Paige Werner, Esme Camacho and Taygan Rust landed on the honorable mention squad. Comfort finished the year at 13-18 overall and was 2-8 in district.
