The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. JULY 28
10:20 a.m., 34000 block of W. I-10 - A caller reported someone took his gold and refused to return it.
12:25 p.m., 200 block of Frey Street A caller reported seeing people on his camera, attempting to break into his garage. The caller provided a description of the male and female. Law enforcement came to the location.
1:29 p.m., 100 block of E. Bandera Road - A caller reported a hit-and-run collision in the parking lot. The caller said she witnessed the accident and the driver did not leave a note.
5:05 p.m., 300 block of E. Blanco Road - A caller reported witnessing a two-vehicle collision. Children were heard in one of the vehicles and EMS was contacted.
JULY 29
12:20 a.m., mile marker 538, W. Interstate 10 - A caller reported a vehicle exited the interstate and was turning around on the median. The caller was concerned because the vehicle was facing the wrong way on the interstate.
12:16 a.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 A caller reported she sold someone a vehicle but the other individual did not pay the caller for it.
2:59 p.m., 700 block of River Road - A caller reported a possible vehicle fire. The caller later noted there were no flames, but the vehicle was still smoking.
4:20 p.m., 100 block of Dover Downs - A caller reported his neighbor kept putting out cardboard boxes along the curb.
JULY 30
9:57 a.m., 3700 block of E. I-10 - A store manager reported a vehicle with no license plate had been at the location for a week.
3:30 p.m., 700 block of River Road - A caller reported her underage daughter’s ex-boyfriend was sharing unsolicited photos and videos of her without her consent.
5:11 p.m., 200 block of W. Theissen A caller reported a teenage boy fishing off the side of the road, next to a sign that said, “no fishing.”
5:29 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road - A caller reported he suspected someone was attempting to break into his truck in the parking lot.
JULY 31
4:02 a.m., 100 block of Coleto Creek - A caller reported his wife was physically assaulting him.
5:30 a.m., 1100 block of Grand Boulevard - A caller reported his truck was hit by a garbage truck earlier in the week. The caller requested law enforcement come to retrieve the camera footage.
6:41 a.m., 32000 block of W. I-10 - A caller reported an elderly male was dropped off at the location with a backpack. EMS and Boerne F.D. were contacted.
9:00 a.m., 200 block of Cibolo Crossing - A caller was concerned someone was attempting to hack into her bank account.
2:51 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road - A caller reported an individual at the location who previously stole merchandise from the location.
AUGUST 1
8:37 a.m., mile marker 540, E. I-10 A caller reported an 18-wheeler unable to maintain lanes, swerving all over the road.
10:45 a.m., 100 block of Talavera A caller reported smelling gas near a meter. Boerne F.D. came to the location to help manage the situation.
3:51 p.m., 300 block of S. Esser Road - An officer contacted dispatch regarding suspicious conduct by a male.
7:58 p.m., 100 block of Enchanted Woods - A caller reported her teenage son and her husband were involved in a verbal argument that got physical.
9:11 p.m., 100 block of Dawn - A caller reported she was at home with her dogs and her infant and she heard a strange noise.
JULY 28
9:08 a.m., mile marker 540, W. I-10 - A caller reported a truck towing a backhoe went into the median and was swerving. The caller reported the vehicle pulled over.
10:26 a.m., 42000 block of W. I-10 - A caller reported a group of boxes were stolen off his porch. He said UPS left packages at the house when they were not at home, and the packages were gone when they returned.
10:47 a.m., 400 block of Comfort Place - A caller reported his charger and additional battery were stolen from his apartment.
11:19 a.m., Lost Oaks Drive/Scarlet Ridge - A caller reported a vehicle sitting on the road. The caller said she spoke with the driver, who became combative.
JULY 29
10:35 a.m., on Nickel Lane - A woman came into the KCSO lobby to report her neighbor shooting off rounds and “high-powered weapons” near her property. The woman was informed the neighbor was legally allowed to continue.
7:43 p.m., 300 block of FM 474 - A caller reported her mother was bedridden after a medical incident. The caller said the mother was harassing the family group chat. The caller said this was an ongoing issue.
9:58 p.m., 300 block of Third Street - A caller reported she was being harassed by a friend via text messages.
10:52 p.m., mile marker 529, W. I-10 - A caller reported cattle loose on the side of the road.
JULY 30
7:23 a.m., 500 block of N. Highway 87 - A caller reported a vehicle behind them swerving and veering into the median.
8:20 a.m., 400 block of Comfort Place - A caller reported a neighbor was swearing at people and yelling at the caller. The caller said this was an ongoing issue.
12:13 p.m., 400 block of Edge Falls Road - A caller reported four adults were on someone’s property and took down a “no trespassing” sign.
JULY 31
1:12 a.m., 400 block of FM 1376 - A caller reported an 18-wheeler parked outside the caller’s gate. The caller said normally there were no trucks along his road.
2:23 a.m., Staudt Street - A caller reported he was told his son was being held in the county jail with a bail of $1,000. The caller said he gave the scam caller his bank and credit card information.
9:41 a.m., 100 block of Ranger Drive - A caller reported someone falsely signed documents in his name. The caller said the individual also stole his engineering number.
9:58 a.m., on Allen Road - A former employee reported she was not paid properly. Law enforcement gave her guidance on how to proceed.
AUGUST 1
1:12 a.m., 100 block of Ranger Drive - A caller reported two males in a vehicle trying to run the caller off the road.The caller said the vehicle had been following him for a long time. Law enforcement made contact with the driver and found the report was unfounded.
10:26 a.m., 100 block of Ridge Place - A caller reported a mangy, trapped cat who was acting very aggressive.
1:31 p.m., 100 block of Kendall View Drive - A caller reported receiving a call about a warrant for his arrest for missing jury duty.
