LAW ENFORCEMENT The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff ’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. SEPTEMBER 1

6:39 a.m., 500 block of O Grady -- A caller reported a vehicle in the area “doing circles.” The caller was unsure if the occupants were intoxicated.

1:16 p.m., 100 block of Cimarron Creek -- A caller reported someone was threatening the caller. The caller was unsure who it was and asked the texter but was told“not to worry about it.”

4:12 p.m., 600 block of N. Main Street -- A caller reported finding multiple vape pens in a patient room.

4:35 p.m., on Lehmann/Herff Road A caller reported a two-vehicle collision on the road, blocking one lane of traffic. 4:25 p.m., 1100 block of Grand Avenue -- An employee reported a vehicle illegally dumping on the property.

SEPTEMBER 2

8:57 a.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio -- A caller reported a male on the property who she did not recognize.The caller said the male was walking with another male. The caller later said she made contact with the males and police presence was no longer required.

12:00 p.m., at Staudt Street -- A caller was concerned her devices were being tracked. The caller said she contacted another local law enforcement office and they advised her to file a report.

SEPTEMBER 3

6:16 a.m., 1400 block of River Road A caller reported an employee’s vehicle was on fire. Boerne and Bergheim F.D.s were called to the location and extinguished the fire.

9:47 a.m., mile marker 540, W. I-10 -- A caller reported a concrete truck on the side of the road with a large cloud of black smoke around it.

2:03 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road -- An employee reported an officer at the location who was encouraging minors to run away for promiscuous reasons 5:19 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street -- A caller reported she lost her purse at the location and she was able to locate it, but her wallet was gone. The store contacted law enforcement an hour later to inform them the wallet was located.

SEPTEMBER 4

11:38 a.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road -- An employee reported a van parked by the dumpster for more than three hours. It was found the driver was waiting for someone who was employed there.

11:55 a.m., 33000 block of E. I-10 -- A caller reported a business charged her over $100 more than they agreed upon. The caller said her VIN plate was stolen.

2:02 p.m., 400 block of Stone Creek -- A caller reported she received a call and the other individual had her personal information. The caller said the other individual instructed the caller to contact another number with more personal information.

2:51 p.m., 900 block of Adler Street -- A caller reported she was asked to provide someone with money via CashApp. 3:37 p.m., 500 block of Fabra Lane -- A caller reported a woman walked by her apartment and looked in her windows.

SEPTEMBER 5

1:01 a.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road -- A caller reported a suspicious vehicle driving around the parking lot.

1:23 a.m., 1400 block of S. Main Street -- A caller reported a vehicle sitting on the property with people inside. The caller said the employees were unable to leave the location until the vehicle was gone.

2:16 a.m., 1300 block of River Road -- A caller reported someone was attempting to steal an ice truck. The driver ran into a shed as he was driving away and attempted to get away on foot.

5:03 p.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 -- A manager reported he had two minors in front of the location holding a sign and a male drove by and made an indecent gesture at them.

SEPTEMBER 6

12:32 p.m., 400 block of Oak Park A caller reported a stray dog roaming around the area. The dog was safely returned home.

7:28 p.m., 800 block of Johns Road A caller reported a vehicle approaching town that was swerving all over the road.

7:37 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street -- An employee called, wanting to file trespassing charges on four males. The males left the location before law enforcement arrived.

SEPTEMBER 7

1:33 a.m., 1300 block of River Road -- A caller reported they needed assistance with a fight at the rodeo. One of the involved parties had a laceration on his face.

11:11 a.m., 300 block of S. Esser Road -- A caller reported a dog with a caller but no tags by the gas station.

12:06 p.m., 100 block of Lina -- A caller reported his food was delivered to a different location and someone else took the food.

1:24 p.m., 100 block of City Park -- A caller reported a motorized bike going across the soccer fields and on the trails. 3:31 p.m., 100 block of E. Granite Shores -- A caller reported one of his financial accounts was hacked and all his funds were liquidated.

SEPTEMBER 1

12:45 a.m., mile marker 537, W. I-10 -- A caller reported a vehicle smashed in the middle of the road.The caller said he suspected the vehicle was driving the wrong way, into oncoming traffic.

7:45 a.m., 100 block of Wollschlaeger Drive -- A caller reported a trapped raccoon as ready to be picked up.

3:51 p.m., 10000 block of FM 1888 A caller reported a small grass fire near the gate. The caller was concerned the fire was spreading quickly. Two other fires were reported in the area.

6:24 p.m., 900 block of E. Highway 46 -- A caller reported a possible card skimmer at the gas pump. The caller said over $500 was taken from her and her husband’s accounts.

SEPTEMBER 2

1:26 a.m., 100 block of Walnut Grove Road -- A caller was concerned she heard someone walking outside and possibly tap on her window.

7:45 a.m., 200 block of S. FM 3351 -- A caller reported a large dog running around loose in the road.

8:40 a.m., 200 block of Waring-Welfare Road -- A caller reported a cow escaped and was quickly moo-ving her way to get some breakfast.

5:50 p.m., 100 block of Cascade Caverns Road -- A caller reported hearing a gunshot by the school. Law enforcement came to the location and told dispatch it sounded as though it was dove hunters in the area.

SEPTEMBER 3

7:06 a.m., Fabra Oaks Road -- A caller was concerned a skunk in her yard may be rabid.

9:17 a.m., 200 block of Zinke Farm -- A caller was concerned when one of his cows wandered onto a neighbor’s property. The caller said he called the neighbor but did not hear back. The caller said the neighbor had “no trespassing” signs all over his fence.

3:38 p.m., mile marker 522, E. I-10 -- A caller reported a male left the location and appeared to be intoxicated.

11:26 p.m., 52000 block of E. I-10 -- A caller reported a group of teenagers in a car who were throwing water balloons at other vehicles.
