More than 400 backpacks filled with supplies recently were delivered to the Comfort Independent School District from the Boerne business community via Boost Boerne Business, Boerne Radio 103.9FM and Hill Country Family Services. Ron Zunker with PAX Financial Group LLC helped push the total over the goal with a matching gift to Day 1 Bags, which supplied the backpacks. The original goal was 100.
