Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce: We had a wonderful morning kicking off the 2nd Annual Swing Strong Till It’s Gone Golf Tournament, Live Auction, & Concert with a special ribbon cutting ceremony! Swing Strong Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization formed to raise money and awareness of Parkinson’s disease through The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research, by hosting various charitable events in the local community. All donations go directly back to benefit the Michael J Fox Foundation to fund research and finding a cure for people like Sean Jahr, one of the founders, who has been battling Parkinson’s Disease for over 20 years!
