Esperanza breaks ground for Hacienda

The Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce turned out in full force Sept. 13 for the groundbreaking for The Hacienda at Esperanza. Esperanza in Boerne, at 103 Miraval in Boerne, offers an exclusive collection of homes designed specifically for adults 55-plus. Known as Regency at Esperanza, this private active-adult community within a community will feature 500 single-level homes by builder Toll Brothers. Esperanza soon will have its own clubhouse, The Hacienda, to offer to residents with a pool, fitness center, Pickleball and bocce ball courts, and recreational space for socializing.
