The department held its annual awards March 6. Other award recipients include: Dispatcher of the Year, Elizabeth Morger; Lifesaving Award, Sergeant Cheyenne Weber; Top Gun, Detective James Estrada; Fit for Duty Male, Cpl. David Chavez; Fit for Duty Female, Officer Ramona Ramirez; and Fitness Award winners Lt. Chris Walk and Sgt. Doug Meuth.
