The 100 Women of the Hill Country awarded local nonprofit Texas Burn Survivors Society $20,500 during their quarterly member meeting Feb. 29 at Fair Oaks Country Club. Texas Burn Survivors Society provides care, comfort and essential services to the critically burned and their families. The organization’s program, Camp David, allows pediatric burn survivors the chance to experience summer camp, free of cost, with other burn survivors and their families.
