Mayor helps St. Mark kids celebrate ‘Youth Day’

On Thursday, Ritchie signed a proclamation for the church Early Learning Center’s “Youth Day,” in connection with the National Association for the Education of Young Children declaration of April 8-13 as “Week of the Young Child.”
