SAN ANTONIO – Boerne Champion opened district water polo season with a pair of matches last Saturday at Northside.
The Chargers took on Health Careers and Brandeis and the Champion boys easily won their two matches, while the girls split their two tough matches.
Both Champion girls and boys teams took on Boerne High Tuesday. The Charger boys were going to play a match with Alamo Heights to get in another match.
