BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT December 4
9:32 a.m., 200 block of Johns Road – A caller reported an assault and bullying.
11:20 a.m., 10 block of FM 474 – A caller reported a truck that ran into a tree. A wrecker was called for the vehicle.
11:37 a.m., 100 block of Bentwood – A caller reported an older male appeared to be following the caller’s daughter when she was going for walks in the neighborhood.
4:05 p.m., 100 block of Fall Springs – A caller reported someone had called her, claiming to be with the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, accusing the caller of skipping bail.
5:40 p.m., 100 block of Fall Springs – A caller said she smelled gas coming from the attic. A propane tank was turned off and the Boerne F.D. came out to the location. A small leak was located.
December 5
8:34 a.m., on San Antonio Road/ School Street – A caller reported his wife had gone on a walk the previous evening and a woman had approached her, trying to get his wife’s attention.
9:16 a.m., 100 block of Gallant Fox – A caller reported her car had been keyed overnight.
11:42 a.m., 900 block of N. Main Street – A caller reported a woman’s cat had bitten staff members at the location and now the woman was causing issues.
3:09 p.m., 1200 block of S. Main Street – A caller reported a former tenant was consistently dumping his garbage in the caller’s dumpster.
8:53 p.m., 100 block of Herff Road – A caller reported a male was refusing to pay for his stay at the location. The caller said the male was not only refusing to pay but refusing to leave as well.
December 6
8:04 a.m., 1600 block of River Road – A caller reported being hit by a vehicle. The caller said the vehicle driver had yelled at the caller before leaving the location.
1:44 p.m., 1100 block of Paniolo Drive – A caller reported a large gas container in a field near their house. The caller was given guidance on the situation.
6:18 p.m., River Road/City Park – A four-vehicle accident occurred. One of the vehicles was left smoking. The interstate was temporarily reduced to one lane while the situation was handled.
6:45 p.m., 400 block of W. Bandera Road – A caller reported a woman at the gas pumps who had approached the caller but did not speak English. The caller was concerned that the woman had nowhere to go. Law enforcement came to the location and found everything was OK.
FAIR OAKS RANCH POLICE DEPARTMENT December 4
— A vehicle accident occurred on Dietz Elkhorn Road at Ralph Fair Road.
— Deer calls were made on Seabiscuit Drive and Turning Lead for injured deer.
— Law enforcement provided EMS with assistance on Cibolo Run.
December 5
— A deer call was made for Fair Oaks Parkway and Seattle Slew for an injured deer.
— A vehicle accident was reported on Fair Oaks Parkway.
— Another deer call was reported on Fair Oaks Parkway.
December 6
— A vehicle accident was reported on Dietz Elkhorn and Fair Oaks Parkway.
— An injured deer was reported on Fairway Trace Drive.
KENDALL COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE December 4
5:36 a.m., 10000 block of N. Highway 87 – A caller reported an 18-wheeler was fully engulfed in flames in nearby Gillespie County. Comfort F.D. responded to assist with the situation.
5:56 a.m., 200 block of Alta Drive – A caller reported a black horse was out in the road. Rumor has it he was on his way to the North Pole.
9:20 a.m., mile marker 530 W. I-10 – A caller reported someone had stolen a concrete pump.
4:03 p.m., mile marker 540 W. I-10 – A vehicle hauling a trailer was reported to be swerving all over the interstate and going over 80 mph.
December 5
8:19 a.m., 335 W. Highway 46 – A caller reported a Polaris had been stolen from the job site overnight.
12:40 p.m., on Upper Sisterdale Road – A caller reported a fire in their attic and lots of smoke. An ambulance, EMS and multiple fire departments were called to the location.
1:25 p.m., on Staudt Street – A citizen came in to report an incident of identity theft.
2:29 p.m., 100 block of FM 289 – A caller reported her jewelry had been stolen.
3:27 p.m., 200 block of S FM 3351 – A caller reported a fire in the area. Initially the caller thought it may be a controlled burn. Boerne F.D. and Bergheim F.D. were called to the location.
December 6
11:04 a.m., mile marker 523 W. I-10 – Two dogs were running, trying to burn off some Thanksgiving calories.
5:34 p.m., at Oak Acres/Glenn Oaks – A caller reported two individuals were acting oddly around a vehicle. Everything was found to be OK.
6:41 p.m., 10000 block of Johns Road – A raccoon made itself welcome at the caller’s home. Although the racoon felt welcome, the caller did not feel the same, and animal control was contacted to assist.
