The Boerne High boys soccer team was in Fredericksburg on Tuesday and kicked off the second round of 26-4A play with a win over the Battlin’ Billies.
Boerne beat Fredericksburg 4-0 and improved to 7-0 in district and 17-3-2 overall. The Hounds were at Davenport Friday and host Bandera Tuesday.
Bear Kelly led the charge over the Battlin’ Billies and finished with 2 goals, while Brett Hettie and Jess Gonzales both netted 1 goal apiece.
