The Texas Department of Transportation announced Friday morning it has rescheduled its road work at the Highway 46 bridge over Interstate 10 for this weekend, weather permitting.
As part of the ongoing I-10 frontage road construction in the Boerne area, the contractor will move into the next stage of construction, which will require the realigning the I-10 mainlanes under the Highway 46 (Bandera Road) bridge, information in a press release stated.
The work is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. Friday and is expected to be complete by 5 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 22.
