The Boerne Independent School District held its third-annual Incubator Pitch Night at Boerne-Champion High School. Students from both Boerne and Champion High School pitched their businesses to judges from the business community. A total of $20,000 in seed money was won by the students.

Easy Hang took first place and was awarded $10,000. Made up of students Laci Bex, Matthew Jeffery, Ryan George, and Turner Rey, Easy Hang is a multipurpose camping tool to help you hang your bear bag or hammock.

Made 2 Fit, the team of Ally Desmond, Sadie Bachmeyer, Abbie Partlow, and Maddox Tierney, placed second. Their business is a utility accessory to make your clothes fit better.
