Lt. Col. Ann H. Lewis

Lt. Col. Ann H. Lewis, USAF (Ret.) died on August 17, 2022, in Boerne, Texas, at the age of 87. Ann was born on September 16, 1934, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Chatham College in 1956, and was commissioned as a 2nd lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force in 1957. She served on many bases in the United States, as well as in Germany and Thailand. After a 21-year career in the Air Force, she retired in 1977.
