4:54 a.m., 100 Blk Old San Antonio – A caller reported a vehicle on the side of road with the driver repeatedly getting it and out of the vehicle and throwing his hands up in the air. The driver left his vehicle and began walking up the road.

7:09 a.m., 100 Blk City Lake - An employee reported that he had been informed a large group was coming to the lake with jet skis (which are not permitted on the lake).
