The Boerne High baseball team opened its season Tuesday at home with a 4-1 win over San Antonio HomeSchool.
Boerne starts the 2023 season at 1-0 and is playing in the Somerset Tournament this weekend.
The Hounds took the lead early in Tuesday’s game with 2 runs in the first and another in the second for the quick 3-0 lead.
