Boerne High opened district volleyball action last Friday with a home match against Davenport and fell in three sets to the Lady Wolves.
Davenport won the match, 25-20, 25-20, 25-19 despite a large crowd and a raucous atmosphere at Greyhound Gym.
The Lady Hounds drop to 16-9 overall 0-1 in district. Boerne continued 27-4A action Tuesday at Bandera and don’t have a district match Friday but are scheduled to play at Clemens in a non-district tussle. After Friday, BHS resumes district action Tuesday at home against Wimberley.
