Geneva School of Boerne visited Corpus Christi last Thursday to take on CC John Paul II in a district volleyball match.
It was a long drive but a short match for the Lady Eagles team that won in straight sets, 25-8, 25-19, 25-9.
Geneva improves 17-15 overall and 3-1 in district. The Eagles were scheduled to return to Corpus Christi on Tuesday for another district match, this one against CC Incarnate Word. They’ll hit the road again on Thursday with another long drive to Austin to take on Veritas Academy.
