CELEBRATING THE ARTS
Patricia Long Sparks is a sixth-generation Texan artist. As a child, Sparks loved all things involved with outdoor living. This love of nature is reflected in her many oil paintings, and now photography, of Texas Hill Country landscapes.
Sparks’ artwork has won awards at the Kendall County Fair as well as the Texas State Fair. She has also shown her work at the Fair Oaks Ranch Art Show, San Antonio River Art Show and numerous charity auctions.
As a member of the Boerne Art League, she is their “Artist of the Month” for April. You can view a retrospective exhibit of her photography at Frost Bank, Jefferson Bank, Texas Heritage Bank, Bank of America, Security State Bank, and The Center at Kronkosky.
Get your tickets today for the 42nd annual Roundup Exhibition and Sale opening weekend, April 25-27, at the Museum of Western Art, formerly the Cowboy Artists of America Museum, a Hill Country treasure.
