June ‘Colors of Change’ art show To benefit Transformation House

BOERNE — The Colors of Change art show, a powerful collaboration between Boerne Visual Artists and Transformation House, brings together local art and local impact on June 12 from 6-8 p.m. at The Gathering Hall at Herff Farm.

Colors of Change will showcase the work of 24 local artists donating 48 original pieces, all in support of survivors of domestic violence.

Hosted by Boerne Visual Artists, this event marks the group’s first public exhibition, with proceeds benefiting Transformation House, a nonprofit providing transitional housing, trauma-informed therapy, case management and support services for women and children building new lives free from violence.

Guests will enjoy light bites and drinks, connect with local artists, and bid on beautiful artwork — all benefitting a great cause. Online bidding opens May 29 and will continue at the event, with tickets just $10.

“This collaboration reflects the heart of what both organizations stand for,” said Taylor Breaux of Transformation House. “Art is a powerful expression of hope, and Boerne Visual Artists have stepped up in a meaningful way to help survivors take the next step toward healing.”
