Brooks Perez selected to play in THSBCA All-Star Game

Recent Boerne High graduate Brooks Perez has been selected to play in the 2025 Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Game.

Perez is the lone Boerne ISD player selected from the recent school year and will suit up for the 5A-6A South All-Star Team as they play against the 5A-6A North All-Star Team.

The 5A-6A game will take place Sunday, June 15, at Dell Diamond Stadium, 11 a.m. The 2A-4A game will take place the day before, Saturday, June 14, at noon, also at Dell Diamond.

Perez wrapped up a great senior year and finished the season with a .519 batting average and had a .614 on base percentage. He knocked out 14 doubles, 3 triples, 4 home runs, drove in 22 runs and scored 34 runs.

Perez was also a football standout for the Greyhounds and has the school record for all-time receiving yards. He will continue his baseball career and education at the University of Houston this fall.
