Sooner than later – Johnson signs with Oklahoma

Former Boerne Greyhound baseball player Cam Johnson recently entered the transfer portal and signed with the Oklahoma Sooners. After graduating from BHS, Johnson played for two years at Wichita State. He just completed his sophomore season and led the Shockers with a .325 batting average, recorded 75 hits, including 17 doubles, 1 triple, 2 home runs and drove in 35 runs. Johnson also had 9 stolen bases in 12 attempts for the team lead in both categories.
