My grandmother was more than just family. She was my first friend and my best friend. She raised me from very young until I left home after graduating high school. She always encouraged me to be myself. Always pushed me to do the things in life that made me feel whole. Her legacy and spirit will live on through me. And I will continue to make her proud until I'm able to be reunited with her once again.
