Boerne High earned its first district victory of the season after the Lady Greyhounds picked up a road win Tuesday at Wagner.
BHS swept the Lady Thunderbirds, 25-11, 25-9, 25-9. The Lady Hounds are 11-4 overall and 1-1 in district. Boerne is entered in the Hill Country Invitational this weekend to close out tournament play.
The Lady Hounds host Kerrville Tivy Tuesday as they continue 26-5A action. Other than their opener on Aug. 12 against Stevens, Boerne has been on the road for the entire month of August.
