The Geneva School of Boerne cross country team was in action at the St. Mary’s Hall Invitational to begin its 2025 season.
The boys team placed 3rd overall and did a good job of pack running and had four athletes finish within seven spots of each other.
Jonathan Taylor was 13th, Quinn Mallowski came in 17th, Samuel Crews finished 18th and Parker Eiland was one spot back in 19th.
On the girls side, Peyton Eiland posted a top 10 finish and came in 5th and Madi Detterick placed 16th.
The Eagles were back in action Saturday and are scheduled to run in the Central Catholic meet.
