BOERNE — Kendall County Judge Shane Stolarczyk has announced his candidacy for re-election in the upcoming March 2026 primary.
Following a successful first term, Stolarczyk seeks to continue advancing the conservative values and strategic leadership that have defined his tenure.
Stolarczyk said since taking office, he has prioritized fiscal responsibility, government transparency and long-term planning for Kendall County. Drawing on his experience as an attorney, military officer and small-business owner, he has worked in close partnership with the Commissioners Court to lower the county tax rate in two of the last three years — all while keeping pace with the county’s rapid growth and service demands.
A champion for efficient, effective local government, Stolarczyk has led efforts to reduce wasteful spending, strengthen budget accountability and prioritize investment in essential services.

His administration has emphasized a balanced budget — achieved without depleting reserves — while maintaining accountability and making thoughtful investments in essential county services.
“I am incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished together over the last four years,” Stolarczyk said. “But there is still more work to do to ensure Kendall County remains strong, secure and sustainable for future generations. I look forward to earning the continued trust of our citizens in the upcoming election.”
