Comfort falls to Fred in five sets

The Comfort High volleyball team went five sets with Fredericksburg before falling to the Battlin’ Billies.

Comfort put a scare in Fred and was up 2-1 before the Battlin’ Billies won the final two games. Fredericksburg won the match, 25-21, 23-25, 20-25, 25-17, 15-7.

Comfort is 13-9 overall and had one more non-district match Tuesday at home against Harper. The Deer open league play Friday at Florence.
