Deer defeat Harper to close out non-district

Comfort High closed out the non-district portion of its schedule Tuesday night with a sweep over Harper.

The Deer defeated the Lady Longhorns 25-13, 25-23, 25-17 and improved their record to 19-11. Comfort opened district play Saturday on the road at Florence. They’ll host Blanco Tuesday before welcoming Llano on Friday, Sept 26.
