On behalf of Comfort ISD Superintendent, Dr. Yvonne Munoz, please see the notice below that Comfort ISD schools and district offices will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 27, in light of the extreme weather.
Safety is the top priority of Comfort ISD. In light of the extreme cold, continued hazardous icy conditions, and overnight freezing temperatures, CISD has made the decision to prioritize the safety of our students, staff and community. All District offices and schools will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 27.
We anticipate returning to a regular schedule on Wednesday.
Friday, Feb. 6, will be a Bad Weather Make-up Day. All students, faculty, and staff will follow a regular school day schedule on Feb. 6.
