Fair Oaks H-E-B $2 million expansion to include restaurant, dining area

H-E-B has reportedly filed for an expansion at their Fair Oaks Ranch location in Boerne, Texas.

The $2 million project will add 4,465 square feet to the interior of the grocery store, providing space for a restaurant and dining area.

Boerne and Fair Oaks Ranch residents will soon enjoy a feature only select H-E-B’s have – True Texas BBQ.

The all-natural meats menu “smoked to perfection”, according to the True Texas BBQ website will offer brisket, sausage and pulled pork plates with traditional BBQ sides.

The expansion is expected to begin on June 1 and be completed by Sept. 25.
