FAIR OAKS RANCH — Dozens of families came out Saturday to enjoy Fair Oaks Ranch Elementary School’s annual Cowboy Breakfast hosted by the Parent-Teacher Organization.
Planners said the event is the school’s biggest fundraiser of the year. It also celebrated the school’s 30th anniversary, according to an online post.
The cowboy-themed carnival featured inflatables, pony rides, a talent show, face painting, a petting zoo and several food trucks.
Attendees enjoyed ice cream cones, funnel cakes, cold drinks and Frito pies, organizers said.
Items in a silent auction donated by local businesses lined cafeteria tables, ranging from sand-toy bundles and spa baskets to an interactive toy collection.
Proceeds contribute to programs for the students and teachers, including educational field trips, inclusive programs and providing learning tools.
The school is at 29085 Ralph Fair Road.
