Relax high school football fans, the drought is almost over, and the pigskin season is on the horizon as evidenced by the arrival of Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Magazine.
The magazine, known as the Bible of high school football, is out on the newsstands now and it has both Boerne ISD teams making the playoffs and advancing to their respective regional championship games in 5A D1 and D2.
Campbell’s magazine also predicts that Comfort will make the playoffs and that Geneva School of Boerne has a chance to advance to the postseason.
In this coming weekend’s issue of the Boerne Star, the Star will take an in-depth look at what the magazine has to say about all the county’s 11-man football teams.
