Several members of the Boerne Champion swim program were recently named All-Americans by the National Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association.

NISCA recognizes the top 100 times around the country in each event during the 2025-26 school year and awards the title of All-American to the top 100 swimmers regardless of which state they are from.

The Champion girls are coming off a solid 2026 season and won the 5A state title, their second in a row. Three of their relays, the 200 medley, 200 freestyle and 400 freestyle, consisting of Kate Canales, Cora Skoog, Karly Whitehead and Addison Graham, all qualified for All-American status.

Canales also made it individually in five events, the 100 breaststroke, 100 butterfly, 100 freestyle, 200 freestyle and 200 individual medley, Skoog made it in the 100 freestyle and Whitehead qualified in the 100 backstroke.

Will Harrison was the only male swimmer from the Champion team to qualify as an All-American after he made it in the 50 freestyle.
