The Boerne Little League team received a first responder escort through town on Main Street last week before heading to Williamsport, Pennsylvania, to play in the Little League World Series. Boerne’s Kase Yarbrough hangs out of one of the trucks in the parade to wave at the crowd. This is Boerne’s second time qualifying for the LLWS in three seasons. The team opens the event on Friday, 3 p.m., on ESPN.
