The Geneva School of Boerne volleyball team posted a 3-1 mark at the San Antonio Saints tournament last weekend and finished second overall.
Geneva won its first three matches before falling in the championship match against New Braunfels Thunder in straight sets.
The Eagles are 8-7 overall and hosted FEAST on Tuesday. Geneva continues its season and plays at the Johnson City tourney this weekend to wrap up tournament action for the year.
Geneva opened the tourney with a 25-9, 25-7 win against the Royals. After that, the Eagles defeated Somerset Academy in three sets, 25-16, 24-26, 15-11, to close out pool play.
The Eagles defeated the host team, SA Saints in bracket play, 25-10 and 26-24, before they fell to the Thunder in straight sets, 25-13, 25-17.
