LAW ENFORCEMENT The following is a brief, partial recap of incidents reported by the Boerne Police Department and the Kendall County Sheriff ’s Office. General locations are listed rather than specific addresses. AUGUST 25

8:43 a.m., 33000 block of E. I-10 - A caller reported a hit-and-run collision at the location.

11:11 a.m., 100 block of Abbeydell - A caller reported a $255 charge appearing as $900 on her account.

3:58 p.m., 1600 block of River Road - A caller was concerned about a vehicle with many items strapped down on top of it.

4:10 p.m., 31000 block of Interstate 10 East - A caller reported a male pulled a knife on the caller and then cut someone else with it. EMS was called to the location. The male was detained.

9:40 p.m., 500 block of Fabra Lane - A caller reported a woman was leaving threatening letters at his door.

AUGUST 26

3:56 p.m., 300 block of S. Esser Road - A caller reported two males were in a physical altercation. Both males left the location without the incident escalating.

7:14 p.m., 300 block of Theissen - A caller reported a brush fire started by a male. The owner of the location was unsure who set the fire.

9:51 p.m., on Spencer Ranch Boulevard/Highway 46 W. - A caller reported a vehicle flipped over. The occupants were unable to get out of their vehicle. EMS came to the location and the male was detained.

AUGUST 27

2:44 a.m., 100 block of Menger Springs - A caller reported she was refusing to leave the emergency room and was also refusing treatment. The caller requested the male be given a trespass warning.

9:17 a.m., 600 block of Rosewood Avenue - A caller reported someone got remote access to his computer and scammed him out of $8,100.

9:23 a.m., on Sophia Lane - A caller reported a vehicle parked in front of his residence. The caller was unsure who the vehicle belonged to but said the vehicle had been there all morning.

5:42 p.m., 600 block of W. Bandera Road - A caller reported merchandise worth more than $ 3,000 was stolen from the location.

AUGUST 28

3:39 a.m., 36000 block of E. I-10 - A caller reported a vehicle with a reflective stripe on it following him.

5:48 a.m., 37000 block of E. I-10 - An employee reported an incident at one of the gas pumps. The caller reported the male was shirtless, armed and stumbling out of his vehicle.

12:26 p.m., 800 block of Johns Road - A caller reported she came home and her door was open, with her home trashed. The caller suspected it was her boyfriend’s friends.

4:11 p.m., 400 block of Rosewood Avenue - A caller reported there was a charge on her account not made by her.

6:58 p.m., 100 block of Live Oak Lane - A caller reported her identification was stolen while being mailed to her.

AUGUST 29

10:05 a.m., 100 block of Dusty Corral - A caller reported an American flag was vandalized.

12:30 p.m., 200 block of W. Low Cascade - A caller requested a welfare check on a dog. The caller said the dog was yelping as though it needed to go inside and was not sure if the dog had food or water.

2:11 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road - A caller reported a delivery man never delivered his package despite him paying between $500 and $600 for it.

10:23 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road - A caller reported a death threat.

AUGUST 30

12:18 a.m., 1000 block of Diamond Drive - A caller reported his sister-in-law took her father’s vehicle without permission.

5:08 a.m., 100 block of Ebenberger - A caller reported her carbon monoxide alarm was going off. The caller said they were experiencing headaches. 9:36 a.m., 100 block of Lakeview - A caller reported a juvenile riding a go kart on a public road.

2:46 p.m., 1300 block of S. Main Street - A caller reported two vehicles waiting by the ATM for around 10 minutes. Law enforcement found they were supposed to be there.

AUGUST 31

8:23 a.m., 100 block of Balcones Road - A caller reported her daughter was receiving death threats.

8:44 a.m., 100 block of Lilly Creek - A caller reported a male at the location who was becoming aggressive. The male was threatening to hit the caller with a wrench.

10:22 a.m., 100 block of Medical Drive - A caller reported seeing a domestic disturbance. The caller said a female was in the driver’s seat, yelling at a male.

3:09 p.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 - A caller reported a vehicle stolen from the location. The vehicle had not been returned even though it was five days past the due date.

4:18 p.m., 100 block of Old San Antonio Road - A caller reported he had a check for almost $20,000 but it was showing it was already cashed in.

AUGUST 25

8:40 a.m., mile marker 543, W. I-10 - A caller reported a law enforcement officer was not following traffic laws and was cutting in and out of lanes. It was discovered the officer was pulling someone over.

10:39 a.m., mile marker 540, W. I-10 - A caller reported a vehicle ran into the exit sign as it was exiting the road. The caller said the vehicle was damaged but the driver continued driving.

10:47 a.m., 31000 block of W. I-10 - A TXDOT employee has concerns about vandalism.

2:09 p.m., 10000 block of Highway 87 - A caller reported $300 was stolen from her location.

AUGUST 26

4:16 a.m., 100 block of Menger Springs - A caller reported a patient was discharged and now she was harassing the staff.

6:37 a.m., mile marker 524, W. I-10 - A caller reported her vehicle was damaged by items that fell off a work vehicle. The caller said it looked like a shovel or long stick that fell off.

9:16 a.m., 32000 block of W. I-10 - A caller reported fraudulent charges for $13,000.

11:04 a.m., 900 block of E. Highway 46 - A caller reported two fraudulent charges on his bank account.

AUGUST 27

8:37 a.m., 300 block of S. FM 3351 - A caller reported a collision between a vehicle and a deer. The caller said she needed a report for insurance purposes.

11:32 a.m., 200 block of W. FM 473 - A caller reported she was being harassed by one of her employees. The caller said the employee made accusations about another employee and she was now harassing the caller.

8:17 p.m., 1800 block of FM 1376 - Law enforcement was alerted of an automatic crash in the area. EMS was contacted to provide help.

AUGUST 28

7:16 a.m., 400 block of May Lane - A caller reported the male her daughter was with was intoxicated. The caller added the male had a handgun and was attempting to get into people’s vehicles.

7:18 a.m., 400 block of Rosewood Avenue - A caller reported someone popped three of his tires.

11:20 a.m., 700 block of E. Highway 46 - A caller reported a large white dog, roaming around the area that was lost.

AUGUST 29

12:36 a.m., 40000 block of W. I-10 - A caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the area. Contact was made with the driver, who said he had stayed over from a meeting and would leave.

8:18 a.m., 100 block of Idlewilde Boulevard - A caller was concerned she had a cat that was possibly rabid. The caller reported a different incident involving the neighbor cutting the cat with a knife.

8:39 a.m., 100 block of Estancia Lane - A caller reported three or four longhorns were loose in the area. The caller was not at the location but was notified of the incident by her husband.

7:06 p.m., 400 blocks of FM 473 - A caller reported she hit a deer and the vehicle sustained damage

AUGUST 30

12:44 a.m., at Green Cedar Road - A caller reported neighbors at the location were playing loud music and partying. The caller said they had spoken with dispatch before about this issue.

12:58 a.m., on Highway 87/FM 473 - A caller reported a male started running and seemed to be hiding in the woods.

1:17 a.m., 8800 block of FM 1888 - A caller reported a brush fire in the area, with a barn nearby. A second caller reported the fire and added the smoke had gotten heavier.

5:17 a.m., 200 block of Bluebonnet Drive - A caller reported someone was on her property. The caller reported she saw two women physically assaulting each other. No one appeared to be injured and the women drove away.

3:44 p.m., 100 block of Sansom Road - A caller reported her daughter was bit by a dog.

AUGUST 31

7:23 a.m., 200 block of Second Street - A caller reported a large dog running loose in the area.

9:34 a.m., 600 block of Third Street - A caller reported smelling an electrical fire in the area. Various fire departments came to the location. No fire was found; suspected the smell was coming from their air conditioning unit.

6:12 p.m., 2300 block of FM 473 - A caller reported a vehicle rollover incident. The driver was awake and did not complain about any injuries. A wrecker was called to the location for the vehicle.

6:18 p.m., 200 block of Meadow Lane - A caller reported her daughter and her friend received a threatening message on her phone.
