BOERNE POLICE DEPARTMENT

January 8

9:11 a.m., 100 block Herff Rd. - A man reported his 2021 Chevy truck was broken into overnight, and a pistol was stolen.

12:56 p.m., 100 block City Lake - A woman had reserved the park pavilion, but there was no electricity when she got there.

3:59 p.m., 1010 River Rd. - A woman said she saw a Hispanic man wearing a beanie conduct a drug deal at the location.

9:39 p.m., 200 block S. Main St. - A man was arrested for drunk-driving his bicycle.

9:59 p.m., 100 block Old San Antonio Rd. - A man reported his 2006 F250 was stolen.

11:20 p.m., 825 Johns Rd. - A woman tried to get loud children in her apartment parking lot to “simmer down,” but the parents and children laughed at her, so she called 911.

Officers also conducted 10 security checks, made 37 traffic stops, assisted the public 12 times, removed two traffic hazards and worked three false alarms, two non-injury accidents, one animal call and one reckless driver.

January 9

7:42 a.m., School Street and West San Antonio Avenue- A wrecker was called, and a driver was arrested during a traffic stop.

11:51 a.m., 100 block E. Hampton Run- A man reported his truck was broken into overnight.

12:08 p.m., 124 Old San Antonio Rd.- A woman said she knows who is selling drugs in Boerne, and now they were threatening her.

12:59 p.m., 1381 S. Main St.- A resident paid to fill up a panhandler’s gas tank so she could get Austin, but she continued to ask people at the gas station for money after.

1:49 p.m., 200 block Roosevelt- A family brawl broke up amongst several family members, and another member of the family reported it to police when she heard about it. During the incident, a man fell causing his firearm to discharge, and several people suspected he had shot his own leg.

4:46 p.m., 32900 block I-10 W.- A man reported his 2001 Ford F250 was stolen while at Attic Pantry Mini Storage.

6:25 p.m., Main Street and Bandera Road- A driver was arrested during a traffic stop.

Officers also conducted four security checks, made 11 traffic stops, assisted the public 12 times and worked four false alarms and one non-injury accident.

KENDALL COUNTY

SHERIFF’S OFFICE

January 8

4:51 p.m., 200 block Sky View Dr. - A woman was arrested after someone walked in and found her asleep at the location, and she refused to leave.

5:02 p.m., 527 MM I-10 W. - An individual was arrested at gunpoint during a drug bust.

10:25 p.m., 200 W. View Point Dr. - A man was advised there was a tracker on his vehicle, so he wanted a deputy to check it out. A deputy inspected the vehicle and didn’t observe any signs of a tracking device.

Deputies also made 24 traffic stops, assisted the public 12 times, served four warrants and worked five false alarms, four non-injury accidents, two animal calls and reckless driver.

January 9

1:49 p.m., 533 MM I-10 E. - A box truck ran out of diesel on the highway, blocking the right lane partially.

4:31 p.m., 30 block E. Mariposa Parkway - A man received threatening text messages from his ex-girlfriend’s son and wanted it documented.

Deputies also made 24 traffic stops, assisted the public 11 times, removed a traffic hazard, served two warrants and worked six false alarms, one non-injury accident, two animal calls and three reckless drivers.
