The Bobcats basketball team hosted Lago Vista Tuesday night to close out the regular season and Comfort held on for a 43-42 win over the Vikings.
With the win, the Cats finish the regular season at 19-14 overall and 6-4 in District 25-3A play. The Cats are the No. 3 seed out of 25-3A and play Stockdale, the 26-3A runner up next week in a bi-district game. Details to be determined.
Tuesday’s game was tight throughout. Lago Vista was up 14-13 after one but Comfort won the second period, 18-10, for the 31-24 halftime lead.
