Boerne Champion visited MacArthur Tuesday night for a non-district volleyball match and struggled against the Lady Brahmas.
Mac sacked the Lady Chargers in three sets, 25- 14, 25- 20, 25- 19, dropping Champion to 4-4 overall. The Lady Chargers will co-host the Boerne ISD Tournament this weekend that started Friday and continues through Saturday.
Briley Wolff and Raylynn Pitts finished with 6 kills apiece, Brielle Boothe added 4 kills, while Pitts, Ryann Michalec and Cameryn Seaux all dropped in 1 ace each.
Taylor Fenton and Boothe both contributed 1 block apiece, Pitts added 9 digs, Booth tallied 8 digs and Michalec came up with 5 digs and 7 assists, while Azteca Crawford recorded 8 assists.
