After opening the season at home last Friday, the Champion boys basketball team visited Southwest Legacy Tuesday for its first road game of the year.
The Chargers remained unbeaten this season after they took care of the Titans, 52-35.
Champion improved to 2-0 and was scheduled to play in the Harlandale Tournament that started Thursday and continues through Saturday.
The Chargers won last year’s tournament at Harlandale.
In Tuesday’s game, three Chargers were in double digits after Quinn Grable netted 14 points while Briggs Jones and Baeden Burdick both tallied 11.
Charlie Georgelos chipped in with 6 points, Kristian Herrera added 5, Mason Wyatt scored 3 and Logan Scott finished with 2.
Wyatt grabbed 6 boards and had 6 assists, while Georgelos also collected 6 rebounds.
