Leachman breaks her own national record

Boerne Champion’s Elizabeth Leachman broke the national record she set just a few weeks ago. At the NISD meet on Feb. 1, Leachman set a national record in the girls 3200 with a time of 9:45.47. At Thursday’s Greyhound Relays, Leachman clocked in at 9:43.74 to lower her national mark. For more on the meet see the Boerne Star. Star file photo
