Geneva boys hit 99 points on way to 10-0 record

The Geneva School of Boerne boys basketball team improved to 10-0 after the Eagles defeated Rocksprings last Friday at home.

Geneva was one point shy of the century mark and lit up the scoreboard with 99 points and won Friday’s game by 70 points, 99-29.

Wyatt Bruss led the way with 37 points and outscored Rocksprings by himself. Jake Roberson added 20 points and Reid Aderholt finished with 19 as the three combined for 76 points.

Brant Allen scored 7 points, Harlen Mangum netted 6 and Jack Walker Harden chipped in with 5 points.

The Eagles are off Thanksgiving weekend and will have an 11-day break between games. After playing on Nov. 22, Geneva won’t be on the court until Dec. 3, when they host Antonian. They’ll play in the Cypress Christian tourney the following weekend.
