The Boerne Champion cross country team hosted its annual awards ceremony in the school library and several team awards were handed out. Team MVPs were Charlie Houck and Elizabeth Leachman, Kynley Albright and Luis Tovar received the Will to Win Award, Rebecca Bezzera and Shawn Edwards earned the Newcomer of the Year Award, Luciana Zazueta Ibarra and Mason Nelson earned the Best Teammate Award, Caleb Dehart and Addison Graham received the We Are Champion Award, while Madison Mungia and Brandon Martinez earned the Most Improved Award.
