The Cibolo is ever expanding the experiences and opportunities to connect with nature and each other. We are delighted to be bringing more programming to the Cibolo’s second campus, Herff Farm, for the creatives in our community.
The new Art in Conservation Series at Herff Farm provides an array of artistic options from watercolor to drawing, using nature as the inspiration. Currently, in June through August, you can enjoy learning new skills or build on your talents while enjoying the serenity and unique landscape of the farm.
The classes were created by local artist Jeanette Mac-Dougall, a graduate of Parsons School of Art in New York City who has been an instructor at Southwest School of Art in San Antonio for 30 years. Most recently, Jeanette co-owned Studio Comfort and worked at Intermezzo Gallery. She is accomplished in drawing and painting in various media, and her artwork is widely collected.
