On Friday, Tusculum Brewery played host to a reception that featured artist Katrina Gorman, above right. On Saturday, booths were set up along the Cibolo Creek Trail, including one by Maren Phillips, who talked art with Ellen Williams and Laura Osterman, above left. Under state law, voters who cast ballots in either party’s primary election must vote only in the same party’s runoff election.
