The Patrick Heath Public Library played host to the Haywire Bluegrass Band Thursday night as part of its Live! At the Library monthly series. The quintet performed familiar contemporary country songs tuned to their bluegrass sound and performed original songs from their studio album. TOP: Britt Pounds, right, strums the guitar and sings along with Lynn Barton-Loza while David Wilson plays his mandolin and Matthew Mefford filled in for the band on the bass. FAR RIGHT: David Goodnight picks his banjo in tune with his bandmates. RIGHT: Mefford plays his bass. Star photos by Zachary-Taylor Wright
